Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via third party carriers. Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, Fedex, DHL and USPS are some of the carriers used. Items are not insured by us but customers can request insurance through the carriers.

We ship to the address provided by the customer. The customer is required to provide us the correct address including unit numbers and postal or zip codes.

In the event of an error in the address provided by the customer, the responsibility will that of the customer to track the package. However, we will assist with all documentation to assist the customer.

Each item is carefully wrapped and boxed for 'fragile' shipping and should arrive without damages.

Should a customer receive a damaged product, the steps to notify us are:

1. Take a picture of the product on the date received and in the condition received. The date must be stamped on the picture.

2. Email us the details to candles@luxeandlittle.ca for instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.

3. Complete the return of items and receive a replacement or a refund.
